Match report
On Tuesday 12th of November the Class 4 boys football team went to a tournament at Dulwich Prep School. We were in a group with Frittenden and one of the teams from Dulwich. Our first game was against Frittenden. This game finished 0-0 with no team creating any clear chances. Our next game was against Dulwich and we won this game 1-0 (the goal came from Henry Webster). This meant we were top of the league and the last game would dictate where we would finish. Unfortunately Frittenden won and beat us on goal difference.
This resulted us going into the second league with Sissinghurst and Smarden. Our first game in this league was against Sissinghurst which we won 2-0. Gabriel and Josh both ending up on the scoresheet. Our second game was a much tighter match with Henry Webster making a couple of amazing saves, but late on in the game Ben Lloyd scored a tap in at the back post resulting in a 1-0 win for the team. This meant that we won our group.
All the boys play fantastically, as shown by us not losing a game, and even not conceding throughout the whole tournament.
At the end of the tournament there was a presentation when we received our medals.
