Welcome to our Eco News page!

We have taken part in the Eco-Schools programme over several years. This programme helps empower young people to tackle environmental issues and make a difference in their school, local community and beyond. We have already been recognised for our efforts by being awarded the prestigious Eco-Schools Green Flag with Merit (Check out the gallery to see what we achieved last year.), so we have decided to take a break from this programme. However, we will be continuing with our environmental endeavours!

The children consistently demonstrate their passion and enthusiasm to help protect and care for our planet. It is always encouraging to see the commitment of our children to ‘green’ issues, so throughout the year ALL children will have the opportunity to engage in environmental activities, whether it is through curriculum work or participating in our recycling projects, litter picking, looking after our school grounds for the benefit of wildlife, using our school environmental area, exploring our local countryside, etc, etc.
